Information provided by Clear Signal may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or outdated. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.

4. User Responsibilities

- Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Service

Alerts (email, SMS, or otherwise) are provided on a best-effort basis. Delivery is not guaranteed, and Clear Signal is not responsible for missed, delayed, or duplicated notifications.
You are responsible for configuring alert thresholds and verifying results independently.

7. Billing and Payments

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
